It’s a celebration of L.A. poetry at LAist with Get Lit - Words Ignite! In this new three-part live event series, Get Lit youth poets, standout local artists, and a nationally-renowned featured poet will get together for a night of spoken word performance hosted by Get Lit’s Mason Granger (he/him). Come early to enjoy sweet snacks from Recess Ice Cream, sips, a DJ set from Mike Merchant, and tons of cool people to connect with in the name of poetry. Drinks, music, and snacks start at 6:00 p.m. and the show kicks off at 7:00 p.m.
